Users intending to use the services offered by Betatech srl under the specified terms and conditions agree to read and familiarize themselves with the information provided on this webpage.
These general conditions and information govern the relationship between Betatech srl and the users of the platform www.taxi-advisor.com.
Users agree to use the web platform exclusively for lawful activities and to provide their email address, postal address, and/or other contact information accurately and truthfully.
Users consent to the use of this information to fulfill their requests (privacy policy).
Betatech srl is not responsible for any inconvenience or damage arising from the use of the Internet, including service interruptions, external intrusions, the presence of viruses, or other incidents of force majeure.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Betatech srl reserves the right to interrupt service provision for justified security reasons or confidentiality violations and the right not to accept bookings.
By accessing and/or using the platform, the customer declares, in relation to the general terms and conditions of service, to have the legal capacity under the laws of their country of residence and to have reached the legal age of 18.
The customer is responsible for the truthfulness, completeness, and accuracy of the personal and/or company data provided. Betatech srl cannot be held responsible for the truthfulness, completeness, and accuracy of the data provided by customers or, more generally, for the identity of customers.

BOOKINGS
These General Terms of Service and the details contained on the platform constitute an invitation to submit a service purchase proposal and not a public offer.
In accordance with Legislative Decree of April 9, 2003, no. 70 concerning electronic commerce, Betatech srl informs that customer bookings are made through the Internet by accessing the platform directly between the customer and the final service provider, without any intermediation between passenger and final carrier.
To request services, the customer must fill out and submit an electronic request form or contact the final carrier directly through the interactive map.
Any agreement regarding transportation or other services must be made between the customer and the final carrier after the booking request.
By sending a booking request, the customer declares they have read all the instructions provided during the procedure and fully accept these terms of service, the booking conditions, and the privacy policy.
By submitting the booking, the customer expressly acknowledges that this implies the obligation to pay the price and other amounts due directly to the final carrier.
After submitting the booking request, the customer will receive a communication from Betatech srl confirming the receipt of the booking. The customer agrees to verify the correctness of the data and promptly communicate any corrections.
Since the booking represents a mere proposal for a service request, the contract between the customer and the final carrier will be concluded only upon confirmation of the booking by the final carrier.
The customer acknowledges that bookings are subject to acceptance by both Betatech srl and the final carrier, who reserve the right to refuse them at their discretion.

CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
Without prejudice to the right of withdrawal under consumer code provisions, customers may cancel bookings at any time without prior notice or penalties by communicating with the final carrier.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The customer agrees to use the platform exclusively in compliance with these conditions for lawful purposes and, in any case, without infringing on the rights of Betatech srl, carriers, or third parties. The customer agrees to indemnify the provider, its employees, or collaborators from any damage claims or demands made by third parties due to acts or omissions committed during the interaction with the platform or in connection with services provided through the platform.
The customer declares that all information provided is true, accurate, and not misleading, undertakes to keep it updated, and promptly reports any violations.
The customer expressly acknowledges that the information provided is essential for the execution of booked services. They bear sole responsibility for omissions or false, inaccurate, incomplete, or omitted information, including errors in specifying pick-up/drop-off locations, pick-up times, or special requirements (e.g., passengers with reduced mobility, children, animals, luggage exceeding one per passenger).

SERVICE PROVISION
The services available on taxi-advisor.com are published on the platform at the time of the customer’s booking request: transport services with cars and/or minivans, which may be carried out using a larger-capacity or higher-category vehicle.
Following a booking request, Betatech srl will not engage in any intermediation but will forward the customer’s request directly to a partner final carrier who will provide the requested transport service under their sole responsibility.
Transport service prices indicated at the time of booking are in euros and include 10% VAT.
Betatech srl cannot be held responsible for the temporary or permanent unavailability of one or more services and/or related transportation services agreed upon with the final carrier. In the event of total or partial unavailability of booked transport services, the customer will be promptly informed. In such cases, the booking will be considered canceled without any obligations for either party.

PAYMENTS AND INVOICES
The customer agrees to pay the price of booked transport services within the agreed times and methods with the final carrier.
Customer payments may only be made using one of the methods indicated at the time of booking (cash or electronic payment via credit card).
Receipts and/or invoices documenting the customer’s purchase of transport services through the platform will be issued by the final carrier as the sole executor of the requested service.
